Hello All,
I have been going thru a bunch of my coins and have found a few that I think are errors.
Just wanted to see what you thought? And if they are errors what is the proper name for the error?

a 1975 with the 1 and 9 connected

a 1989D with something below ONE CENT

a 1990 with something going on with the lettering on the reverse.

a 1992 with something going on with the lettering

Are these errors? If they are errors any added value?

Sorry for asking so many questions, but I am just starting out and need some help with these type of things.
Thanks for looking and any help you may provide.

The 1975 has a cool die chip, not especially valuable, but still cool and probably something collectors would keep. The rest suffer from plating issues and worn dies.

The fist coin is die chip/die crack as noted. A very similar one was my first ever "error" find too! Pretty cool. All of your other questions are answered HERE (http://www.lincolncentforum.com/forum/showthread.php?35245-The-NON-hub-doubling-reference-thread) in this thread I made. Additionally, it will be worth your time to read through the Glossary (link posted at the top), the sticky threads in the beginner section, as well as the many awesome tutorials on the home page.
