Whats going on here???? 75 lincoln

Hello All,
Found this coin today.
The obverse looks fine but the reverse!!!
As you can see there is no hint of an image on the reverse.


Is this post strike damage or possibly from the mint.

Poor coin... Looks like someone ground it down put acid on it then used a torch to try toning it :LOL_Hair: PSD!!!

90% of the time if it looks like damage, it is.
