    1960 Small date???


    I know it's kinda late but super excited!
    Is this a 1960 D Small Date?


    This is the same coin, 1960 D Small date?

      lol... thanks, is there any certain thing I can look for to distinguish between a small and large date in the 1960? I'm still searching for that DDO as well lol

        I agree with the large date. If your searching 1960Ds keep an eye out for the small date/large date D/D north. Here is a picture for reference. It may also help with seeing the difference between a small date and large date.

          Here in a page that is will be helpful with large and small dates.
          So sad ... My reverse consumption engine was a broken fuel gauge ... gonna look at coins now. John

            The date is a little to blurry for me but it appears to be a large date... It's never to late to post your finds

              I'm not sue why I am seeing it differently than everyone else, but it looks like a small date to me. The thing is, it doesn't matter either way because Denver small dates are just as common as large dates. It is only the small date Philly issue that is scarce. You found a common ordinary cent.

                        Thank you! Lol, there are soooo many to remember!! I try to just focus on one or two for a while but it is absolutely impossible for me to pass a convenience store "take a penny" tray and not take them all bahahaha jk I trade them for other coins but still...

                            Yeah, I am an obvious Newby with all of the coin searching, I'm having a blast with my new hobby and got my 8 year old son now interested. So anyway the point of all that was that I am still learning and you guys are helping a great deal! Thanks for all your opinions and comments!
