Yes, sorry to say what you have there is just another very damaged cent. The rim is missing on both of your last 2 coins. That's a pretty big clue you are seeing damage. You would be well-served to study the minting process. Understanding how hubs, dies, blanks, planchets, and coins are made will help you get over this early hump.
