The rev around the memorial appears to all be split plating... There is also some on the obv along with some MD on the date and between the jacket and rim... On a side not - The Memorial has 4 columns that have inner columns as part of the design... Column (C) 1 Bay (B) 1, C5 B5, C8 B7 and C12 B11!!!

The thing to remember is true doubling will be on the same level of the devices or close to it. What you are seeing is flat and shelf like. Look at my avatar and an example of an actual 1995 and you can see the difference.
Thanks. I was wondering because I have 3 of these and knew I wasn't that lucky lol I was given some good advice a couple weeks ago to fund the 1995 DD and study it carefully so that I'll be prepared for my 70. So that's what I'm doing... well and studying images.
