1970S Washington DDR

Bending the rules here with this nice DDR proof quarter that should be 1970S 25¢ DDR-001 (something not illustrated on the CONECA site yet). Strong class 5 spread in QUARTER DOLLAR, some leaves and lower parts of the eagle.
