This looks like someone made an impression of a Lincoln on a plastic like material and then attached it to a Lincoln cent. Has anyone seen one like this before or know how it was done? Thanks for looking.

From the glossary-

Adhesive Doubling: A coin that has glue or a similar substance on it that will retain a mirror-image design of another coin that is pressed into the glue. This term was coined by Jason Cuvelier. (Image donated by Rollem.)

Like JAllen said... Seen quite a few like that... I am sure some are intentional but most are probably accidental such as when coins are tossed in the cars cup holder or on the floor... May even be able to use a hot glue gun as long as a release agent (Mineral oil) is used on the coin making the impression!!!
