Is this coin both a doubled eye and RPM?

I was thinking about sending this one to John Wexler. It appears to be an unlisted RPM to the right of the bottom serif. It is also either a triple or quadruple eye, with some crud obscuring whether there is an eyelid at the lowest arrow.

My thoughts are if it is only a doubled die it probably is already listed so I should just wait. If it is an RPM as well I'll add it to my next group as it is not listed yet.

It does have the attributes of both a Doubled Die and RPM Dan. I hadn't seen one like that before.

What hurts this coin is no serifs. It has only one PUP "Pick up Point" and being a poss NW I have my suspicions because that strong a loop should have a serif. We need an overlay to see if any other direction is possible. The poss remnants under the lower serif do not appear to be another serif. I think your best chance will be the DDO...

I will go ahead and add it to my next submission and update the post when John Wexler gets to it. The coin is intriguing enough to send it in. Thanks for your thoughts Bob and Eric!

Not sure if what I see is on the slab or coin but to me there appears to be die damage during the abrasion or it was abraded due to the damage... I see abrasions around the MM and the eye!!!
