Found this 1960D-1MM-023 (http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/diestate.php?date=1960&die_id=1960d1mm023&die_state=mds) in the same brick as the -007 posted yesterday. The only CC or VV (http://varietyvista.com/02b%20LC%20RPMs%20Vol%202/1960DRPM023.htm) die marker I could see and photograph was the die scratch under GOD. Thanks for looking.

Good question, Jim! It must be the camera angle or the cropping because I just looked at it with my loupe and it does not look rotated at all.
