I found this cent today from a bank roll.I think I read about this in the Glossary here at the Lincoln Cent Forum 1999 Spiked Head ?

If you have a spiked head and don't see any listed for that date it would defiantly be a new listing. If your having trouble matching it up to existing listings post some pictures up in the error attribution forum and I'll take a look at them.

Nice find... I am not 100% sure it is 009 tho... On Mikes coin where the crack exits the west arm of the W headed toward the hair appears to be farther north and at a slightly different angle... Also just after the crack enters the hair Mikes arcs toward the west and 009 appears to jog slightly east then back to the west... I do not believe it is from different die states... Unless my coke bottle glasses are acting up again :LOL_Hair: Mike - Your pics look really good!!!
