    2006P- Trail Die/ DDO?

Found this 2006P last night- as far as I can tell, it's not matching up with any 2006P Trail Die on Bob & BJ's site or as a DDO on Chuck's site, yet it looks like there are possible notches over the LIBERT of Liberty and trails above the BER.

There is a die crack from WE into Lincoln's head and a big die chip also.

    Opinions Welcomed!

    Thanks.

It is a trail die, however, it does not have the appearance of a doubled die.

It looks like it could be the 1DEO-001 to me.

It does look close to be die 1, however, it is not. The large die crack is the give away. I am not to sure of the die state on this coin, but the pictures taken of the die 1 were of a coin that was MDS. I would think that the die crack would have started appearing in that stage at least.

Nice find Chuckster. Obverse trails do not seem to be as plentiful as the reverse variety.
            Good picture, too.

                Hi BJ:

Would this one be a new DEO? - enough difference from DEO-001 for you maybe to look at it?

                Thanks,

                Chuck.

Hi Chuck - Sure, send it on down. With that die crack it will more than likely be at least a new stage for a die.
