    1955 Canadian Cent w/LAM

Found this 1955 Canadian Cent with lamination on the reverse. It is not a NSF which is I believe the second most valuable Canadian Cent. I did find a 1955 NSF two years ago with the help of onecent1909. You can check out values for Canadian coins at Coins and Canada which onecent directed me to. Thanks for looking.

Nice find Larry... Looks in good shape also... That goes from the H and looks like up onto the rim above DEI... Looks like some lamination on the rev also... South west corner of the 1 - The leaf finger just SE of the 1 and the S side of the far east leaf finger... Even looks like a baby CUD on the rim due west of the 1... I book marked the Canada coin site... Thanks for the link... What does NSF stand for - Not For Sale or National Science Foundation
I found it - No Shoulder Fold - I can not tell the difference except for the I - Cool... Thanks for that link to your other post!!!

Jim, You have the eyes of an eagle, I mean a numismatist!! NSF means No Shoulder Folds. I guess Canadians didn't like the idea of the Queen looking like she had nothing on. You can see the remnants of a shoulder fold on the Canadian in this thread. Now look at the Queen from my 2014 thread that is highlighted above and you will not see a shoulder fold. Kind of confusing but cool!! Larry

Thank you, Larry for this clarification! I never know that. As a water treatment guy, I was wondering what the National Sanitation Foundation had to do with Canadian cents.
