1983 Lincoln cent has a spike starting at the top of the S in the end of the word states.Then it finally ends traveling right through Lincoln in between the E & C in one cent. On(e) ' (C)ent At the bottom of this Lincoln cent.
1983 cent has a Spike running entirely through cent, through Abe out the bottom.

Can you take a pic of the whole reverse coin
That does not look like a "spike" which would be a die crack.

Here's my 1995-P with a considerable crack on the reverse as well...from the "f" in "of" down to the "e' in "cent".
Don't think that reverse die made it much longer!
