All letters on lincoln has it the same lines on reverse...

I can only assume you are referring to the "ridge" which bisects all of the letters. This is normal, but appears more with varying die wear. Note how the ridge is contained and centered within each letter. If there were a shift between hubbings, then the ridge would create an extrusion beyond the normal size and shape of the device in one particular direction, or rotationally. The overall size of your device is normal. If yours were from a doubled die, it would have increased size in at least one direction and would not show exactly the same on the verticals and horizontals like yours does. This is normal.

Yes, this coin was heavily polished, probably to remove a die clash which was common in this time period. Heavy polishing (abrasion) of the die creates thinner letters on the coin.
