I'm not seeing anything. What is the date on the coin?

Looks red to me. I don't really understand the question. It helps to always have the date in a thread.
Is your question about the amount of texture on the coin?

Even if a die was corroded the coins from it can be MS red.

I don't think any modern issues had corroded dies, I recall some old coins did maybe from the 1800s.

I see MD on the T of LIBERTY but nothing else out of the ordinary.

I occasionally see coins struck from corroded dies. They are less frequent now, but I have seen more struck on the early 80s than any other era. As GrumpyEd stated, even coins struck from corroded/pitted dies are still originally red. That is because the coin blanks and planchets are red to begin with.

Your pics are a little to blurry to tell for sure but it may be Qrange Peel - from our Glossary

Orange Peel: A somewhat nebulous term to describe a coin whose surface has a textured bumpy surface like that of an orange. Coins can get this orange peel look from different causes including annealing (http://www.lincolncentforum.com/terminology-list-a/#Annealing) and polishing issues of the die, or from die deterioration (http://www.lincolncentforum.com/terminology-list-d/#Die Deterioration), or also from plating problems on plated coins.
