Looks like a CC 032 (http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/diestate.php?date=1960&die_id=1960d1mm032&die_state=mds) match to me, but the only die marker I could find and picture was the die crack under the E in UNITED. It could then be (http://varietyvista.com/02b%20LC%20RPMs%20Vol%202/1960DRPM032.htm) VV Stage G,H or I. (http://varietyvista.com/02b%20LC%20RPMs%20Vol%202/1960DRPM032.htm) Thanks for looking.

Nice find Larry... Comparing yours with VVs Stage I http://varietyvista.com/02b%20LC%20RPMs%20Vol%202/1960DRPM032.htm there appears to be some abrasions off the top of the MM running NW that match up... It also appears you have the crack/chip on C1 (Column 1)... Do you have the cracks/chips on C12??? The abrasion from the E looks to match!!!
