Here is a 98 WAM I just found in a BRW and it does not appear to have a phantom D. I don't remember any of the others I have found having that D. I will have to have a second look to be sure. Thanks for looking.

Congrats Larry J! That is a very good looking 98 WAM! As many 98 and 2000 WAM's as you have, you might just have a Phantom D! Onecent1909-John said to hold the coin at an angle and look for a disturbance in the field where the MM would be (if the field looks flat then it's not there). That tells me that it might just hide from the camera! Since Error-Ref has a 1997, I'm just going to start checking 97's and 98's. I believe the 99 is just mint sets and none have been reported for 2000's.

How close are you to having rolls of 98 and 00 WAMs?
I just counted my WAMs Ed and I have 75 98s, 40 00s and 1 99. Also, I do slow down Roger, but I don't plan on stopping any time soon. Larry
