Nice big splits were easy to spot on this CC 038 (http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/diestate.php?date=1960&die_id=1960d1mm038&die_state=mds). Thanks for looking.

EDIT: Once again Jim led me home to the correct attribution. CC 063 (http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/diestate.php?date=1960&die_id=1960d1mm063&die_state=lds) and VV 063 (http://varietyvista.com/02b%20LC%20RPMs%20Vol%202/1960DRPM063.htm)

Excellent find Larry... I think your MM is to far north for 038 tho... Looks closer to CCs 063 http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/diestate.php?date=1960&die_id=1960d1mm063&die_state=lds which crosses to VVs 063 http://varietyvista.com/02b%20LC%20RPMs%20Vol%202/1960DRPM063.htm Yours looks to be and EDS/Stage A but I am not sure... VVs later Stages shows a crack on the forehead but I can not tell if yours has that... I see the little knub on the Y that looks like CCs 038 marker but I also see a die gouge north of the MM closer to the 6 than the 9 that looks to match up between yours, CCs and VVs images for 063... I could be all wrong tho... One of those weeks :LOL_Hair:

Jim, I believe you are right again!! I see the die gouge you speak of and I also see the die scratch under the crossbar of the A in STATES. See the pics below. The knub on the Y was what led me to 038. Thanks again Jim for keeping me straight!! Larry

Thanks for the follow up Larry... Nice pics on the markers... Looks like a match to 063... That knub on the Y looks exactly the same on 038 and yours... Even the shape on the south end of the T looks the same... I wonder if the image on CC was misidentified and put on the wrong listing or if it is something related to a working hub??? Glad I could help!!!

Thanks for the correction.

Remembered seeing this post earlier when [last night] I pulled out an 063 also -- Didn't need to sort through 170+ listings.:tinysmile_classes_t
