I was lucky enough to pick this one for $10 shipped. It matches Wiles' stage A photos pretty well.

Coppercoins only has 2 listings, and Wexler is missing a ton of images for 1946-D doubled dies. If anyone knows Wexler's cross-ref number, assuming there even is one, I would be greatly appreciative. I have another pretty good pick to post soon. I got it today also. Thanks for looking guys!

Nice pick... I think yours is a new die Stage... VV only has the Stage A http://varietyvista.com/01a%20LC%20Doubled%20Dies%20Vol%201/1946DDDO007.htm and comparing the abrasions around your date/MM and jacket edge you have some extra abrasions and are missing others... Also notice hoe the jacket edge on yours is missing compared to the Date/MM image on VVs sample... Yours would make an excellent update to the VV files!!!
