extra colum?

i posted this on another forum but got no responce so ill try it here and see what you guys think

there looks like part of a colum in the 2 to last bay and there is a wierd raised mark i took a pic of also .

There's plenty of evidence of machine doubling on the reverse of this coin, but I do not beleive that is the case on the columns. Sometimes, a plating and striking problem can cause an effect like this as well. The coin really needs to be examined in hand to make that determination.
