    I've never used this product so I'm not endorsing it... but I just happened to run across this on Wizard Coin Supply and the price is reasonable at $22.09. I have purchased many things from Wizard and have never had any problems.

      That's where I bought coin holders from. They have a beautiful website. And they ship very fast, and well packaged.

          Usually the challenge with smartphone macro shots, and add-ons like this, is lighting. They show a light dome that is attached, but usually domes like this give very poor lighting. But for the price it might be worth a try.

              Viv, I like wizardcoinsupply. I looked at the link you have, and it seems to me that the lens opening is a bit small. Also, there is no illumination provided.
              I bought this item from ebay https://www.ebay.com/itm/60x-Jewelle...g5HW:rk:5:pf:0

              Has a violet and also a clear type led on the side. The opening of the lens is appx. 1cm. I can use it without the clip as well. For example, I can see the word 'LIBER' complete, and can tilt my head right to see the rest of the letters, if using the item by itself.
              If on the phone, I just move the coin (which I placed on a cardboard holder)
