    Is this even worth keeping being it's condition?

    I wouldn't especially since I can't read the date.
    But if it holds a sentimental meaning (gift from some one special etc) then sure. But the value is copper, +- .015 (1.5 cents)

        Looks like it was in the ground since 1890. I love Indian head cents immensely, but this one is junk. It fought the good fight. Give it a 2nd good burial.
