These must have been dropped between Florida and Alabama! All markers showing up on this one which is the same as Bob's Discovery! I think it's close to the same die state as Bob's too... nothing in the way of die cracks or chips showing up on the top of the Shield!

I am believing that this one is definitely in the southeast in some numbers. This is the 11th one I have heard about from around these parts!

Thank you very much Bob! Yes Sir, it's a fine looking doubled die, Congrats on your Discovery! I've found a few of them and this example really shows the notches at the lower left of RTY well!

Thank you Jon! I've been putting doubled dies in a tube so when the tube got full I decided to try to figure them out! A lot of them are doubled columns which went into another roll and some 2006's that I have set aside with a bunch more 2006's for another day! I think the 2006 DD's are cool, but they are so difficult! I may have one like yours with the die breaks in the hair! When I find those other 2006's I will look and see!

Hey Larry J! Thank you! You know... I was a tad disappointed after looking through those 119 wheats and not finding a doubled die. At least I did find a nice RPM and a couple of BIE's, that was cool! So, today it was fun to go back through the roll of DD's I set aside, a lot of them I forgot about finding so it was like a new find all over again! Hope you are doing well, nice to hear from you!
