1999 Trails, one of three coins

Found this one last night and was unable to match it up with Trail Dies. Lots of trails on this one, almost every thing at the top of the memorial and the motto has trails. Even the columns have trails.
There are several with the same trails in the same locations but in the wrong direction (330 deg vs. this one's ~ 30 deg)

Is this a new one or am I missing it on the site.
