Nice find Larry... Does yours have the crack over the VDB that VV shows in Stage B (http://www.varietyvista.com/02b%20LC%20RPMs%20Vol%202/1960DRPM013.htm)??? This is one of those where the secondary MM gets stronger with age... By the strength of your secondary MM it looks like a Stage A but it depends on the crack over VDB!!!
