does the number 4 Appear to be filled in with a die chip to you or do you think it is just damage? 147747 This is all I see on the back of his head. 147748

The crack on the four head is very slightly there. But, I cannot see any crack on the back of the head at all. It is just not there. It may be just too worn?

With the forehead crack just slightly there and the chip on your shield about the same as the one on VVs Stage B (http://varietyvista.com/01e%20LC%20Doubled%20Dies%20Vol%205/2014PDDO003%20cent.htm) yours could be a late Stage A or early Stage B??? One for the pros to check out since VV does not have a Stage A listed!!!
