I picked 2 of these in the same shape. The other is stage D and this one seems to be D or maybe even later. Hard to capture how good the repunch shows in the closeup.:squigglemouth:

Not my first Ray setup. I bought one years ago when he first came around. I think I have this one setup perfect with my lights mounted. I might get another lens for the full shots. Get one, if you haven't yet. Most of the parts he has hoarded are very hard to find or even get at all.

Thanks

Yes, that's for sure. Wish it was a much earlier stage but then it might not have been listed as a normal coin. At this stage they changed out the reverse die. My other one looks between C or D. Not as visible as C but not as gone as D.

Thanks

Excellent picks... I think you are correct on the later die stage??? Maybe a Stage E or F??? The jacket and MM on yours shows more die wear when compared to VVs Stage D (http://varietyvista.com/02a%20LC%20RPMs%20Vol%201/1938SRPM001.htm)... A new listing???
