1930P-1DR-001 is supposed to have extra thickness in EPU but your pictures don't really show evidence of that...

I agree. I see no evidence of a class 6 doubled die on this coin. Good pick up points for class 6 wheat DDRs are the dots (elongated or 'egg' shaped) and the horizontal bar of the L in PLURIBUS (extra thick).
