Hasn't FS-030.7 been pretty much been de-listed from everyone's DD files? This the coin which was determined to have die abrasion doubling. Anyway, at some point, for whatever reason, ICG encapsulated an MS65 example and it is up on eBay. It had been up earlier and sold for something like ($450?) and now is being reoffered. I would guess the original buyer probably though it was FS-031 and found out they were wrong and backed out (but this is conjecture on my part)...

Last that I heard, James Wiles and John Wexler did delist it according to the CPG. I haven't jump over to Coppercoins yet. It is a curious die anomaly.

It is a curious coin - but not enough to pay $250, (the opening bid) for it.
CC does not list the coin.

Is it in the newer version of CPG? I don't think it as a new FS number does it?

I didn't waste my money on the new CPG...times are too tuff to be doing that. I still use the 4th Edition. Maybe someone here that did buy it can answer that.

I don't know about the new CPG but it just figures that after it gets de-listed, I find 2 BU examples of this die from an original roll. Oh well...

Edit- I have also seen it referred to as "DDO- Die 5" on heritage.

Well someone at the last minute made a $250 bid on it. I hope they are happy with the coin...

This was de-listed out of my "C" files many years ago.
