1994 Double ear error???

I found what appears to be a 1994 double ear-D/D/O, penny, but, always, a second opinion on the matter would never hurt, I viewed the coin with a microscope, and it's hard to say no it isn't, so community, I need your help with identifying the type of possible double ear penny I have, thank you in advance.148620148621148622148623148624148625148626

Pics are a little to blurry to tell for sure but either a plating blister or PSD???
