I don't think so -- I did a quick overlay and your MM seems to be [ever-so-slightly] N of 1DO-4 (http://coppercoins.com/lincoln/diestate.php?date=1944&die_id=1944s1do004&die_state=mds). There are a few other characteristics of the variety I am not seeing, either.
Do you have a close-up of the E of WE?
Good luck with it.

The 9 sure looks dead-on to the 004, being a Class 6, but I have to agree the MM is a tad off from 1DO-004. The MM position looks closer to DDO-010, but I can't see any other characteristics of 010.

Gonna be hard to match without markers. All of them are very close to the same and yours has damage on the 9 and MM so an overlay might not help very much. Is there a die gouge between O and N of ONE?

To me the MM location looks closest to VVs 006 (http://varietyvista.com/01a%20LC%20Doubled%20Dies%20Vol%201/1944SDDO006.htm)??? However the 4s do not look correct??? Weren't there 2 types of 4s used on the 44 LWCs??? Pointed 4 and blunted 4???

LOL -- Circulation wear can really makes things difficult, at times -- I am thinking you may never know for sure.
While the tail and the MM are compelling, two other characteristics of this/these Class VI DD's is a 'ski slope' at the bottom horizontal and LIBE having a left-side arcing [thanks Ed] and I am not seeing those (possibly because of the wear). At any rate, it is probably worth holding onto for future investigation. :D

The best way without markers is an overlay of the date/MM... Remember the opposing die can be changed out making marker matching, in this case the rev die, difficult!!!
