Very nice. Play around with your lighting to eliminate shadows and glares. I'm excited for you. Congrats.

With coins, especially those having portraits, it's always best to have the light coming from "above", giving a more natural look. Most folks recommend 10:00 and 2:00 if using 2 lights. These photos appear to have the light coming in from perhaps 4:00 and 8:00.

Thanks! I've had my eye one one of Ray's kits for a while. He definitely fixed me up.
With that setup Josh you can make any coin look like a collector's delight!! Great setup and pics!! Congrats!!

much better, but why are the pictures so small? I would also crop the image to edge of the coin. That's a nice full shot but its small. Give a it a while, you'll get the hang of it

That is something I need to learn. Right now I am converting the images from Photo Professional into JPEG and saving them on my computer. Then I am just using Paint to resize the photos down to 20%-25%.

You can use the photo professional to do everything. When you go to save the pic, it has the options. Crop and save it to the size you want. I keep mine original size
