Make sure to diffuse the light. Take atleast 5 images and go down to where the field is focused also. Then try stacking them. Use the default stacking settings. Are you using helicon?

Heres a quick one I just done. Only 5 pics but you can do more and different focus points. I like starting at the highest point and going down. This is with no editing. Just a diffused light. I like to double click on the live view image to adjust the focus each time . Not sure why you have yours saved as a tif.
