Extra vest on Lincoln

I couldn't find anything on this. Lincoln's vest extends down to the rim. Looks like the statue has doubling on Lincoln's left arm, looks like extra column in bay 13 as well. On the bottom of column 2 perhaps a combination of a hit and die break? Thanks: Lou

This coin is normal. There is a stain that coincides with the vest. The die is deteriorated, causing the incuse field "doubling" next to the L of Liberty and Trust. There is PSD on the Memorial, and there are no extra columns.
