What are the odds of finding another this quickly? Much more circulation and a much later die.

This has gotten a bit odd. Just found another, LDS but in better condition. This will make three in less than a week, all from a Loomis box but it was the same box.

At the beginning of this thread is a link to the first, this thread is the second and the pics I just posted are the third. :)

3 of the same variety in the same box in varied conditions sure seems like they were found by a collector then some how was returned to a coin counter. Otherwise the odds are crazy!

Otherwise the odds are crazy! The fact that they are Loomis rolls, I kind of ruled that out but I don't know what their rolling process is like. I just imagined it to be a HUGE hopper, with random loose change.

I assume bagged coins from coin machines get scent to Loomis to be re-rolled. Even if it was a big hopper I imagine they could make there way to the same box. Thats my thinking at least. Seems to be the most probable way a 6 year old die variety would find there siblings again.:LOL_Hair:

Maybe 5 or 6? You or Viv sent me one too, I think, a long time ago, to get me over the slump hump.:) I would have to dig things out and see.
