Never saw anything like this before. Perhaps someone trying to create an anomaly to get attention? Has anyone seen one like this or does anyone have an explanation? Thanks for looking.

That's damage. It seems like a small puncture mark as evidenced by the raised material all around the anomaly. Weird that is does resemble an S but the top curve is kinda scrunched a bit and half the size of what would be the bottom curve.Bob Piazza
