That's pretty cool, Larry! I'll bet there were folks that thought that was crazy at that time, paying a nickel for a penny.I like the paper with the listing, did that come with it or did you do that? The first part with a typewriter and the second hand written variety. I like it!

Jon, The little coin shop where I bought this one was way up on the 3rd or 4th floor of an old building. The man who ran it typed all the envelopes. The coin was housed in a cellophane envelope made for cent size coins. The printed hand writing is mine. Thanks for asking about it Jon!!Comment

Thanks Cody!! Here is a pic of the wrapper it came in. It must have taken a lot of time and effort to put that little envelop into a manual typewriter and type the heading so neatly!! Does anyone else have coins they purchased that also came in such neatly hand typed envelopes?
