United States Mint Sublets Retail Space for Restaurant

http://www.usmint.gov/images/pressroom/default.jpg WASHINGTON - The United States Mint announced today that it has awarded a sublease to Cuba Libre D.C., LLC for a portion of the retail space located on the first floor of the United States Mint's Headquarters building at 801 9th Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. Cuba Libre D.C. will operate a restaurant in the subleased space. The sublease is for a base period of 10 years with two five-year options.
