I was surprised to find this one last night. This is the first nice example of an East RPM for me. To be honest Im not sure if I even had an east RPM in collection at all till this one. Let me know if this is an earlier die stage RPM. Thanks.

Very nice find! Looks like stage B or C due to the die scratches on the date. You'd have to check for the die cracks on columns 10, 11, 12 if it is stage C or not, and they're rather hard to see on the photo.
