This is a 1999 Lincoln Cent with a SUPERIOR Over-Lapping Double Strike.

Unlike Most Over-Lapping Double Strikes which are usually Way Off Center, this one is just 15% Off Center and clearly is just Over-Lapping the Original Strike.

This one is also Die Struck on Both sides with much of the Underlying Strike still visible.

This is a Neat and Seldom seen Double Strike.
