The 1944P cents were the last of the wheat cent re-searching I have been trying to complete, again.
I found seven of these DDO's, and I believe they are all the same, being 44 1c 2-O-VI, according to the photograph in "The Lincoln Cent Doubled Die", by John Wexler.
First four pictures are coin # 1.
Second group of four are coin # 2.
Third group of four are coin # 3.
I will post the next four in a separate thread.
Let me know if you see something in these QX5 photos that I cannot see.
Thanks for checking these.
Jean

Jean:
I agree - it is amazing what you can find on your old wheats if you know what to look for - i subbmitted to NGC a AU50 example od a 41-ddo-001 that was rolled up with all the other 41's. One of these days i will search some more - take a day off and concentrate on wheat finds.
Thanks
Roger

Thanks Roger, I appreciate your checking in on this.
I cannot make up my mind if these are all basically the same so I am wavering about the attribution. The 2-O-VI is the only picture I can find for 44 that is somewhat comparable to these.
Best,
Jean
