Hi everyone, I just received an email stating "We have updated our site from : http to https " just wondered if this is true or another scam attempt that seem to be happening alot lately.

Well,
I see the "https:" in this sites address line above so it sounds legit to me. I believe the added "s" is an indication it is a "secure" address. (Maybe that was my issue a couple of weeks ago.)
I make it a habit to never click any links that accompany an email. I'll do an online search and use that link if it is legit.

Yes the https:// should show on every page. IT IS LEGIT.

FYI,

I get a 404 'not found' error when trying to log in through the forum page. I was able to log in through an email I sent through the forum email to post this message.

I use Apple Safari browser and also tried [unsuccessfully] with Goofle browser.

Thanks, clearing cache didn't change anything and the URL is secure [needs the www].

The forum page has the login button, but goes to the 404 page.
To get access, I click on the new user at the bottom to get access to the 'new access point' login

Here are a few screenshots of the above:

Again, not a big deal...just saying

I got that email today a week later. I see where I rate....:LOL_Hair: Maybe it's because I started wearing my aluminum foil hat again after the Chinese civilian weather balloon.

I figured out the 403 forbidden screen. If you are using a VPN you need to turn it off.

I received an email saying the site's certificates were updated and are now current.
I think that should eliminate issues.
