As I practice using my new equipment and taking pictures, I thought I'd kill 2 birds in hand with one up my sleeve. I have a whole bunch of these 1960D RPMs in BU condition with duplicates. Since I'm too lazy and impatient to ID them myself, I'd thought I'd try the old "whitewashing the fence is great fun" bit and try to get you to do it for me. You ID it, and you get it free. And I'll give away the other extras too. Here's coin 1. Split upper and lower, filled B and E, die aberration through STATES. Fun, right? lol. Other coins to follow as I have time. Thanks.

Nice pics Will. I hope this works for you. If it does, I have about 22 tubes of 60D RPMs that I am sure I will never get to. Maybe someone else has the patience to do it, because I don't any more.

If it's listed I did not see it on VV or cc. Maybe it will be in the four hundred that Wexler will have when Doc and Tanner get done.... I hate you.

How much do we owe you if we get the variety correct?
Larry probably had the longest streak of 1960 RPM's going. He had closed the gap to only about 20 or so missing I think. My $'s on Larry if it can be done.
EDIT: ps. Really nice images. And that die "depression" through STATES should be a good marker.

I agree, Larry can get it done if it's out there.
The "die depression" looked good to me at first and then I remembered that the 60's dies had almost as many clashes as they did RPM's....

Just think, when it gets listed, you'll have the only one!! Lol. For a boring 1960 RPM, it's a pretty interesting coin with that crazy die depression and the IDBs. Actually, with the IDBs alone, it would actually sell on ebay now that I think about it.

I don't understand you guys. If this wasn't an RPM and just posted as an IDB for cuds on coins, you guys would be falling all over yourselves to love this coin. Not to mention the massive reverse die error. This coin is the most specialest coin ever! Love it more!!!

Collecting is not my thing, I need to get rid of what I have, not acquire more. I like the search and finding, not the collecting. At some point, I will probably post a bunch of what I have on here and see who wants it. I don't want to even sell, just give it away. Mine, for the most part, is not nearly as pretty though, most found from bank rolls.

Collecting is not my thing, I need to get rid of what I have, not acquire more. I like the search and finding, not the collecting. At some point, I will probably post a bunch of what I have on here and see who wants it. I don't want to even sell, just give it away. Mine, for the most part, is not nearly as pretty though, most found from bank rolls.
I’m with you all the way on that point Jon, I have so much saved and unattributed I think my upstairs room is about to collapse if I add one more Lincoln ��. The hunt is much more satisfying than keeping what I find.
