I got 10 of those I'd sell to him for half that price. ;)
Do you think he would turn down such a great business opportunity?

One would imagine there aren't any nincompoops with any extra 5k to throw away on such garbage.

I enjoy the seller's statements (and misspellings), "My dad spends most of his free time for the last 20 years of his retirement searching unopened bank rolls to keep himself busy. UBELIEVABLE when he brought this to me. What are the odds???" and later, "I Have the right to end this auction at any time. And the right to refuse any bids."

How is it possible that someone spends all their free time, over a span of 20 years, going through bank rolls and yet doesn't find coins with machine doubling like this frequently? What are the odds?

It's not machine doubling, it's a "double dye." That's different. It's dyed twice!

If only we could get rich off the worthless interesting things we find in our bricks. Save the interesting and strange, but know the evil of decepting others, and proffering off thier lack of knowlage. I am thankful for a resource such as this and CC to keep us informed on true die types.
