This is a 1963 Lincoln Memorial Cent which has been Struck on a Split Planchet prior to Striking.

It is a Mint Error and the weight of the coin is 1.7 Grams vs 2.5 Grams.

Even though it was struck on a Split Planchet it has alot of the detail on both sides of the coin. Note the detail on the Reverse of the coin.
