I agree with Brad. I spend a lot of time staring at coins that are like this hoping that some exact angle or different view will reveal an RPM, very frustrating because 99% of the time for me it turns out to be post mint damage. But I still stare at them through my loupe for several minutes anyway. This hobby is too addictive!
