Mexico quarter

I saw a thread someone posted a few weeks ago about a DDR Mexico quarter and have been looking at every one I get since. Anyway This isn't exactly the same as the one they posted but it is around the same area I think. I'm wondering if this is also a DDR or some other form of something hehehe. Let me know what you think.
