Hello all!
I consider myself a mid-level collector of Lincolns, but a beginner with other coppers. I also collect foreign and type coins.
I've assembled a complete date/mm Lincoln collection, but I'm looking to move away from that type of collecting and focus myself on better coins and varieties. I've been interested in varieties for 4 years or so, and have quite a few resources, but so far I haven't collected too many (I want to find them myself rather than buy those that are already attributed) :)
I was referred to the forum by BJ Neff whom I met at FUN and attended his talk on trail dies. Now I'm anxious to find some examples myself. I love the appeal of finding these in pocket change!
