Why the big spread on "STATES"

Yeah, that's another minor DDR for 1999. Its not listed on coppercoins (b/c its too minor), but I'm not sure if its listed anywhere else.

A nice small double column there and good pics too. I think Greg is right though, too minor for listing. Hang on to it. Those are like rabbits, they multiply in a blink of an eye. Before you know it, you'll have a whole family of them.

I have it listed in my dbld col collection as a B7-42 (ankle-below foot). I list them all.
The previous one is a B6-21 (knee to shoulder).

The spread on USofA looks like it got mashed and flattened.
