Possible 1971D RPM

Hi,

Here is a BU 1971D I found that looks like it has a RPM. Both the upper and lower serifs are split. I don't think it matches any on coppercoins, but I'm exhausted so I could have missed it on there.

Looks promising, especially on the lower serif. Nicely split.

Nice split serifs (and find)! Not sure if it is rotated or tilted, whichever, it is nice...

I think this shows a CCW rotation.
